About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identify and research potential MSME clients across relevant industries and create a strong prospect pipeline.
2. Reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other suitable channels.
3. Initiate conversations with business owners and decision-makers to understand their recruitment and hiring requirements.
4. Present Talent Corner's recruitment services and explain how our solutions can address prospective clients' hiring needs.
5. Participate in client discussions and meetings while working closely with the team.
6. Convert prospects into clients and support the onboarding process once a client is signed.
7. Ensure a smooth transition of newly acquired clients to the delivery team.
8. Maintain updated records of prospects, conversations, follow-ups, conversions, and overall business development activity.
