About the internship

Lakush is a real estate platform focused on bringing a buyer-first approach to property sales in India. Unlike traditional real estate sales models that are often seller-driven and pressure-based, Lakush aims to help homebuyers understand their options clearly, compare projects transparently, and make confident decisions without artificial urgency or pressure. The company focuses on building trust with buyers by guiding them through property choices and supporting them throughout the decision-making journey.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Call inbound homebuyer leads and make outbound calls to understand property requirements.
2. Guide buyers through different project options and support them in evaluating suitable properties.
3. Follow a consultative and buyer-first sales approach without pressure-based selling.
4. Coordinate with the field sales team to schedule and manage property site visits.
5. Maintain and update CRM records including leads, conversations, and follow-up activities.
6. Support the founder in managing the buyer journey from the initial conversation to site visits and final decisions.
7. Research property projects and builder offerings to provide buyers with relevant recommendations.

Stipend Structure:
Fixed pay: ₹ 15,000 - 20,000 /month
Incentive pay: ₹ 5,000 - 15,000 /month
Job offer:
On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 360000 to 480000/year
1. Internship role in inside sales focused on property sales and buyer consultation.
2. Monthly compensation ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 with performance-based incentives.
3. Opportunity to gain exposure to real estate sales and negotiation processes.
