About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Design and build engaging digital courses in English Communication (LSRW), Critical Thinking, Professional Skills, Learning How to Learn, Business Fundamentals, and more.
2. Turn abstract concepts into real skills:
3. Create activities, projects, and assessments that make learning practical, interactive, and memorable.
4. Partner with mentors and subject experts to create a consistent, high-quality experience for every student.
5. Develop resources and guides to help mentors deliver your courses with clarity and confidence.
6. Gather feedback, reflect on outcomes, and continuously enhance course content never settling for "good enough".

Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 3rd Nov'25 and 8th Dec'25
3. are available for duration of 6 months

Other requirements
1. Genuine passion for education and helping others grow.
2. Any Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (advantage: English, Social Work, Psychology, Business or any humanities courses).
3. Ability to think practically about building skills that matter in life and work.
4. Curiosity, willingness to learn, and creativity in designing engaging learning experiences.
5. Excellent communication in English (oral + written); able to make ideas clear and accessible.
6. High attention to detail, reliability, and pride in your work.
7. Experience in teaching, facilitation, or content creation.
8. A blog, portfolio, or writing samples that showcase your ideas and communication style.
9. From MSc Science (Physics, Chemistry, Math, CSE, ECE, EEE Background)
10. From MA in English, Humanity, Psychology, Social Sciences or Philosophy Background.
11. Will be available for 6-9 Months of on-site internship in our Bangalore Office.
Perks
1. 6-month in-office internship (Bangalore) - extendable
2. Office address: 1st & 2nd Floor, HustleHub H2201, 22nd Cross Rd, Parangi Palaya, Sector 2, HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560102.
3. Stipend: ₹20,000 per month.
4. Timings: 6 days a week, 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
5. Role: Instructional Designer Intern (Foundation Courses).
