About the internship
At OneAssure, backed by Zerodha, the idea of an "insurance advisor" is being redefined through transparency, honesty, and customer-first guidance. The company focuses on simplifying health and life insurance by avoiding mis-selling, eliminating confusion, and prioritizing informed decision-making over forced sales. As part of this new-age insurtech environment, interns gain hands-on exposure to real customer interactions, learning how to communicate complex insurance concepts in a simple and relatable way. The role offers an opportunity to build both sales skills and financial literacy while working within a young, dynamic team, making insurance advisory more accessible, ethical, and engaging.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Research and identify potential B2C clients
2. Contribute to maintaining a comprehensive lead database
3. Engage with clients via phone and email
4. Understand the business needs and provide suitable insurance solutions
5. Assist in proposal and presentation preparation
6. Manage sales pipeline and documentation
7. Handle data entry and document organization
8. Ensure accurate CRM records
9. Attend training programs and workshops
