DESCRIPTION
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Create mood boards, concept presentations, style boards, color schemes, and material palettes
2. Develop detailed working drawings, floor plans, elevations, and layouts using AutoCAD
3. Assist in creating 3D models and renderings using SketchUp
4. Attend client meetings and support discussions to understand requirements
5. Design client presentation decks using PowerPoint, Keynote, or Canva
6. Support project coordination including materials, finishes, and furniture selection
7. Participate in design brainstorming sessions, workshops, and training activities

Other requirements
1. Candidates pursuing or recently graduated in interior design, interior architecture, BDes, BArch, or MDes
2. Education from recognized institutes such as NID, NIFT, CEPT, Srishti, IIAD, ARCH, Vogue Institute, JD Institute, or equivalent
3. Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD
4. Familiarity with SketchUp for 3D modeling
5. Working knowledge of Photoshop for visual edits and mood boards
6. Understanding of space planning, color theory, materials, and interior styling
7. Good communication skills in English with Hindi or Kannada as a plus
8. Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
9. Strong interest in learning and adapting to multiple design styles
Perks
2. Internship duration of 3 to 6 months with immediate joining
3. Stipend of ₹8,000 to ₹12,000 per month with additional ₹1,500 travel allowance
4. Performance-based incentives ranging from ₹2,000 to ₹5,000 per month
5. Working days from Monday to Saturday with timings from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
6. Hands-on experience on live luxury residential projects from day one
7. Mentorship from senior designers with over 14 years of experience
