DESCRIPTION
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. 2D drafting:
1. Assist in developing 2D interior layouts such as floor plan, cross-section, elevation (internal & external) for interior fit-out packages such as Civil, Carpentry, joinery and finishes, electrical, HVAC, firefighting, etc.
2. Knowledge of human dimensions, ergonomics, and functionality.
3. Prepare accurate 2D drawings in AutoCAD. Make title blocks and prepare drawings in scale, aligning to paper size.
4. Support design revisions based on feedback from the founder.
B. 3D modelling & visualization in SketchUp with Vray/Coohom:
1. Create basic to intermediate 3D interior models based on drawings and concepts.
2. Develop realistic renders for interior projects.
3. Apply materials, lighting, textures, and furniture assets accurately.
4. Produce camera views and walkthrough scenes for presentations.
5. Revise models and renders based on design feedback.
C. Design support:
1. Assist designers with visual concepts and mood boards.
2. Prepare presentation images for client decks, sales and marketing use.
3. Convert CAD drawings into 3D models.
D. Learning & process improvement:
1. Observe project workflows from concept to execution.
2. Learn industry standards for visualization speed and quality.
3. Support internal reviews and improve visuals.

Other requirements
1. Graduate/Diploma/ITI/BVoc in interior design/final-year student in architecture, design, or a similar field are preferred.
2. Knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp with V-Ray and Coohom.
3. Understanding of lighting, textures, and spatial design.
4. Good visual sense and attention to detail.
5. Ability to meet deadlines and take feedback positively.
6. Must have own laptop.
