Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identify and reach out to potential members in the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
2. Manage the complete onboarding process for new members, explaining company virtues and benefits.
3. Assist customers in understanding BNG's services and making informed decisions about membership.
4. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
5. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-ups.
6. Handle membership renewals and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, deals, and transactions.
8. Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
9. Display a passion for sales and consistently aim to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
10. Manage complex negotiations and resolve conflicts effectively, maintaining professionalism at all times.
11. Occasionally travel for meetings, events, or industry engagements (as required).
