About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in identifying potential international clients, distributors, and partners.
2. Conduct research on global agricultural markets, competitor analysis, and pricing trends.
3. Support sales executives in preparing proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
4. Participate in client interactions (emails, calls, virtual meetings).
5. Maintain CRM records and update client databases.
6. Assist in preparing export-related documentation (Pro forma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, etc.).
7. Coordinate with logistics and documentation teams for smooth order processing.
8. Learn compliance requirements for international trade (DGFT, Customs, FEMA, RBI).
9. Support in digital marketing and promotional campaigns targeted at foreign customers.
10. Assist in creating sales presentations, brochures, and market-specific material.
11. Prepare weekly reports on leads, sales activities, and market research findings.
12. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-ups with clients.

Other requirements
1. Education: Pursuing/completed a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agri-Business, International Business, or Management.
2. Strong interest in international sales, exports, and agri-business.
3. Basic knowledge of agriculture and global agri-markets is an advantage.
4. Good communication skills (written & spoken English mandatory).
5. Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
6. Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable.
7. Strong research and analytical ability.
8. Team player with attention to detail.
