About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in preparation of investor-ready materials including pitch decks.
2. Conduct detailed financial and support due diligence processes and create comprehensive valuation reports.
3. Prepare management presentations for client engagements.
4. Perform competitor analysis.
5. Research funding mechanisms including equity, debt, grants, CSR funding, and government scheme
6. Contribute to knowledge base and training materials
7. Stay updated on regulatory frameworks including MCA regulations, SEBI guidelines, and RBI norms
8. Support business development initiatives and market research projects
