About the internship
1. Assist in the development and maintenance of web applications using Java and Joget Workflow.
2. Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
4. Design and implement solutions to streamline business processes.
5. Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
6. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
7. Debug and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance.
8. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in web development.
9. Contribute to team efforts by delivering high-quality work within established timelines.

Other requirements
1. Knowledge of Java and its core principles.
2. Familiarity with Joget Workflow or a strong willingness to learn.
3. Understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
4. Basic knowledge of database systems such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
5. Familiarity with Git and version control.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
8. Ability to work methodically, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
9. Eagerness to learn new technologies and improve skills continuously.
10. Previous internship or coursework in web development is a plus.
