About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Performing consultative selling by pitching Jodo's financial products to customers at offline events and via telesales
2. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers
3. Thinking on the feet and understanding the customer's pulse to deliver the right pitch
4. Handling rejections and ensuring it does not affect the next customer interaction
5. Identifying new leads, trying different pitching approaches, and adding value to the firm beyond core responsibilities
6. Persisting with customers while remaining pleasant and respectful, ensuring engagement and persuasion
7. Following up diligently with customers by taking ownership of every lead and driving it to closure
8. Understanding customer concerns and relaying them to the product team to enhance the product and application process
