DESCRIPTION
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in developing concept boards, mood boards, and material palettes aligned with client briefs
2. Create detailed 2D drawings using AutoCAD, including layouts, electrical, plumbing, ceiling, and working drawings
3. Support 3D modelling and rendering using tools like SketchUp, Lumion, or Enscape for presentations
4. Refine design elements such as joinery, furniture, and finishes for execution-ready outputs
5. Visit project sites to monitor progress and document updates through photos, videos, and notes
6. Take site measurements and prepare accurate as-built drawings
7. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and on-site teams for smooth design implementation
8. Identify gaps between design and execution and report them to project leads
9. Prepare client presentations, including PPTs, PDFs, and design decks
10. Attend client meetings and document key discussion points and action items
11. Contribute to visual storytelling for premium and luxury design proposals
12. Capture site progress and transformations for documentation and branding purposes
13. Create and support content for social media, including reels and project highlights
14. Maintain consistency in brand communication across digital platforms
15. Collaborate with senior designers, project managers, and leadership team members
16. Take ownership of assigned tasks or project segments
17. Proactively suggest improvements and solutions during project execution

Other requirements
1. Previous experience working with interior design firms or architectural companies
2. Degree or diploma in interior design, architecture, or interior architecture
3. Strong attention to detail with an execution-focused approach
4. Ability to balance creative design ideas with practical constraints
5. Willingness to visit sites regularly as part of the role
6. Good communication skills with a sense of ownership and responsibility
