About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Providing technical support, resolving hardware and software issues over phone, email, or remote connection for software, hardware (PCs, printers, etc.), and connectivity issues.
2. Installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, peripherals, and basic network components.
3. Maintaining IT records, procedures, and knowledge bases, including accurate records of IT inventory.
4. Helping monitor the local network and PCs, performing routine checks.
5. Diagnosing and resolving common IT problems, escalating complex issues.
6. Assisting in the implementation of new system installations, upgrading existing systems, and performing maintenance.
