DESCRIPTION
About the internship
1. Assist in planning and coordinating client projects.
2. Schedule meetings with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
3. Prepare and maintain project trackers and Gantt Charts.
4. Record Minutes of Meetings (MOM) and track action items.
5. Organize and maintain project documentation and digital folders.
6. Assist in preparing project reports, presentations, and MIS updates.
7. Support process documentation.
8. Perform other project coordination tasks as assigned.

Other requirements
1, Are available for an internship of 124+ hours per month (approximately 4 hours per day).
2. Have excellent communication and organizational skills.
3. Possess good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
4. Are detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
5. Have a strong willingness to learn and take ownership.
6. Are pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
