About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Customer Support and Issue Resolution:
1. Serving as the first point of contact for customer inquiries on the Xempla platform, troubleshooting issues, and handling routine technical support requests.
2. Triaging and diagnosing issues directly within the Xempla platform, escalating more complex issues when necessary.

B. Data Analysis and Insight Delivery:
1. Using Xempla's data analysis features to help clients interpret asset performance metrics and drive actionable insights.
2. Identifying trends and patterns in client data, helping them optimize asset performance and maintenance schedules.

C. Client Training and Platform Guidance:
1. Guiding clients on best practices for using the Xempla platform, helping them understand and leverage features like predictive maintenance, data quality tools, and automated workflows.
2. Conducting onboarding and training sessions to ensure clients can independently navigate and maximize their use of the platform.

D. Platform Feedback Contribution:
1. Working within the Xempla platform and using its intelligent agents, providing feedback on usability, workflows, and feature effectiveness.
2. Sharing insights with the internal team to support continuous product improvement based on hands-on experience and customer interactions.

E. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
1. Working closely with the Technical Sales Engineer and Customer Success teams to support seamless customer onboarding and troubleshooting within the platform.
2. Assisting in creating support resources, such as FAQs and tutorials specific to Xempla's features, to streamline customer support efforts.

Other requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical).

2. Recent graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in technical support, data analysis, or customer support roles would be preferred.

3. Familiarity with asset management platforms, CMMS, APM, or IoT technologies is a plus.

4. Basic scripting (e.g., Python) or SQL skills for data analysis would be advantageous.
