Law/Legal Internship in Bangalore at Rajagriham Estates

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and vetting contracts, proposals, and commercial agreements while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies
2. Conduct legal research and prepare case notes, judgment analyses, and advisory briefs to support decision-making
3. Support the preparation of consultancy reports related to regulatory frameworks, including PMLA, SEBI regulations, and corporate compliance
4. Assist in due diligence processes by reviewing documents, identifying risks, and maintaining organized records and data rooms
5. Manage and update online content, including website materials, newsletters, and legal articles
6. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to collect information and ensure smooth execution of tasks
7. Support compliance activities by maintaining trackers, monitoring deadlines, and assisting with statutory requirements
8. Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining legal databases, managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and supporting daily operations
