About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
A. Customer legal queries:
1. Responding to basic legal questions from users (under supervision), such as: 'What documents are needed to sell property in Tamil Nadu?' 'How to verify an Encumbrance Certificate?' 'Can a GPA holder sell property?'
2. Escalating complex or sensitive cases to the core legal consultant/founder.
B. Document drafting & review:
1. Drafting and formatting documents like sale deeds, gift deeds, POA, partition deeds, and affidavits.
2. Reviewing scanned property documents (Patta, EC, FMB, Chitta, etc.) for completeness and consistency.
C. Legal research:
1. Researching RERA regulations, CMDA/DTCP rules, and case precedents.
2. Preparing short internal notes and reference documents for Verified.RealEstate tools.
D. Due diligence support:
1. Assisting in preparing legal verification reports and checklists.
2. Cross-checking property details from TNREGINET, CMDA, and RERA portals.

1. Final-year or recent graduate in LL.B (5-year or 3-year course).
