About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing legal agreements, contracts, and MoUs
2. Support negotiation processes for agreements, contracts, and vendor partnerships under guidance.
3. Maintain and organize legal files, records, and confidential documents.
4. Coordinate with internal teams and external law firms or consultants for legal and compliance matters.
5. Assist in preparing documents and reports required for investor communications and meetings.
6. Support compliance activities, including statutory filings and corporate governance documentation.
7. Conduct legal research on regulations, case laws, and market practices.
8. Help prepare presentations, legal summaries, and training materials for internal use.
9. Track and follow up on legal and compliance deadlines and deliverables.
10. Understanding of corporate laws, compliance, and investment-related legal documentation.
11. Interest in working closely with senior management and investors.
