About the internship
As a 'Law/Legal Intern' at Jungleworks, you will have the exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the legal field while working with a dynamic and innovative team. Your role will involve utilizing your English proficiency in both spoken and written forms, as well as your skills in legal drafting, research, and writing to support various legal initiatives within the company.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Conduct legal research on various topics and provide comprehensive reports to assist in decision-making processes.
2. Assist in drafting legal documents, contracts, and agreements under the guidance of senior legal professionals.
3. Review and analyze legal documents to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on legal matters and provide recommendations for solutions.
5. Assist in managing legal databases and organizing legal files for easy access and reference.
6. Prepare and maintain legal correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
7. Stay updated on legal developments and trends to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
