About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct thorough legal research
2. Drafting of petitions, applications, appeals, replies, rejoinders, with respect to IBC & other matters to be filed before Honble NCLT/NCLAT/High Court/Supreme Court or any other court
3. Assist in other Compliances required for conducting CIRP/Liquidation Process.
4. Assist in the corporate insolvency resolution process under IBC 2016
5. Attending various related courts and offices
6. Managing the office and any assigned work

Other requirements
1. Law Graduates residing near Greater Noida/Delhi
2. Proficient in English speaking, writing, & drafting skills.
3. Competent in legal research, article writing, preparing MCQ Tests on IBC, judgment briefs, and presentations.
4. Preference will be given to candidates who have strong communication skills with AI-based digital search efficiency
