About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents such as contracts, licenses, and intellectual property applications
2. Conduct comprehensive legal research on a variety of issues related to technology, data privacy, intellectual property, corporate law, etc.
3. Collaborate with the team to understand the business needs and translate them into legal terms
4. Support compliance with legal standards in AI, IoT, and data privacy
5. Assist with the organization's risk management efforts and ensure legal obligations are met
6. Draft internal memos and prepare communication on legal matters
7. Assist in corporate governance and other related legal issues
