About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Drafting, reviewing, and editing contracts, agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents.
2. Performing legal research on case laws, statutes, and regulations.
3. Assisting in preparing legal opinions, case notes, and compliance documentation.
4. Supporting litigation matters, if needed, including case summaries and file organization.
5. Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders on legal matters.
6. Ensuring timely and accurate documentation of legal records.
