About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on non-litigation matters related to corporate and revenue law
2. Gain hands-on exposure to legal documentation, compliance, and research
3. Conduct legal research on the Companies Act and revenue laws
4. Perform a title search of property
5. Draft NDAs, MoUs, legal opinions, and internal notes
6. Assist in ROC filings, ensure GST compliance, and maintain statutory records
7. Support due diligence and prepare legal documentation
