We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented legal intern to join our dynamic legal team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain practical experience in the legal field, working with experienced professionals and contributing to meaningful projects.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with legal research and draft memoranda on various legal issues.
2. Review and summarize case files, contracts, and other legal documents.
3. Support the preparation and filing of legal documents and correspondence.
4. Attend and take notes at meetings, hearings, and depositions.
5. Maintain and organize legal files and databases.
6. Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports.
7. Collaborate with other departments to provide legal support as needed.
8. Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by supervising attorneys.

1. Currently enrolled (with permission from college to attend a full-time internship) or recently graduated from a law school.
2. Strong academic record and demonstrated interest in the legal field.
3. Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
4. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
