About the internship
Join our dynamic team at Urja Talents as a Law/Legal intern! We are looking for a highly motivated individual with proficiency in MS-Office, MS-Word, and excellent spoken and written English skills. This internship will provide hands-on experience in a fast-paced legal environment, where you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced legal team.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct legal research and analysis to support ongoing cases and projects.
2. Draft legal documents, including memos, briefs, and contracts.
3. Assist with case preparation, including organizing evidence and preparing exhibits.
4. Attend client meetings, court hearings, and other legal proceedings with senior attorneys.
5. Assist in reviewing and summarizing legal documents and agreements.
6. Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for legal documents.
7. Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives to support the legal department.
