About the internship
You will build the legal scaffolding of a fast-scaling consumer company. This role is about structure, compliance, and risk control, not academic theory. Every document you draft will be used in production. Every clause matters.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Draft and review Terms of Service, Privacy Policies, and Refund & Cancellation Policies
2. Structure partner agreements and onboarding documentation
3. Ensure compliance with Indian labor, service, and consumer protection laws
4. Draft vendor contracts, employment agreements, and NDA frameworks
5. Support risk mitigation across operations, liability mapping, escalation protocols
6. Assist on legal aspects of fundraising documentation

1. Law student with preference for candidates in the 3rd year or above
2. Strong drafting skills with commercial awareness
3. Ability to simplify legal concepts into clear and consumer-friendly language
4. High level of attention to detail with precision in documentation
5. Understanding of marketplace and service-based business legal structures
