About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Draft and review agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents
2. Help in legal research related to company laws and labor laws
3. Assist in maintaining legal records and files
4. Support in handling legal notices and drafting responses
5. Coordinate with external legal advisors if required
6. Ensure timely renewals and legal filings
7. Help identify legal risks and suggest basic solutions (under guidance)
8. Ensuring legal compliance of commodities.
Note:
1. This is an on-site position with working hours from 11:00 am to 6:30 pm (Monday to Saturday).
2. A monthly stipend of 4,000 will be provided.
