About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
2. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
3. Maintain records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups in CRM or MS-Excel.
4. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
5. Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
6. Provide feedback on customer needs and improve call scripts when needed.
