About the internship
1. Research and identify the right audience and potential prospects on LinkedIn.
2. Craft personalized outreach messages with clear value propositions and compelling calls to action (CTAs).
3. Build and manage connections with potential leads, clients, and partners.
4. Create engaging LinkedIn posts that align with the brand's voice and objectives.
5. Interact thoughtfully with comments, followers, and key connections to strengthen engagement.
6. Maintain consistent community engagement through likes, comments, shares, and direct messages.
7. Track outreach activities and measure engagement and connection success.
8. Support organic LinkedIn marketing initiatives as part of the company's broader B2B growth strategy.

3. Ability to research and identify ideal prospects based on company, role, industry, and other relevant criteria.
4. Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create impactful outreach messages and LinkedIn posts.
5. Curiosity, consistency, and a people-first approach to professional networking.
6. Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus but not mandatory.
7. Willingness to learn, experiment, adapt, and continuously improve.
