About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Interact with potential customers on a daily basis through calls, messages, and emails to share information and address initial queries.
2. Assist in executing lead generation and customer outreach campaigns via Email and WhatsApp for offers, deals, product launches, and loyalty programs using provided content.
3. Research, generate, and maintain accurate lead and customer databases from e-commerce platforms and digital sales orders.
4. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and share relevant details with the sales team.
5. Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams to ensure timely follow-ups and accurate responses to prospect queries.
6. Learn and understand company products, services, processes, and lead qualification standards under the guidance of the reporting manager.
7. Maintain lead quality, data accuracy, and support overall customer satisfaction through effective communication.
