About the internship

Jobs Territory is a fast-growing recruitment and workforce solutions company that supports businesses in hiring across Global Capability Centers (GCC), overseas markets, and blue-collar workforce segments. The company focuses on building a strong outbound engine to connect with organizations actively hiring across India and deliver efficient recruitment solutions.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identified companies actively hiring through LinkedIn, job portals, and company career pages
2. Researched and identified HR heads, talent leads, and founders as key decision-makers
3. Built structured lead databases including company details, hiring roles, and contact information
4. Executed outreach through LinkedIn messages, emails, and cold calling
5. Pitched recruitment and hiring solutions to potential clients
6. Tracked responses, follow-ups, and interested leads using CRM tools or Excel
7. Maintained accurate and organized lead tracking systems
8. Analyzed outreach performance to understand response patterns
9. Identified effective messaging strategies based on feedback and engagement

6. Good communication skills are essential for effective client interaction
