About the internship
Join the L&D Division - Healthcare Expansion Department and support the Continuing Education (CE) function and Supertails Training Academy. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role involving training coordination, certification tracking, mock drills, reporting, and day-to-day Learning & Development operations.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Maintain and manage trackers for training completion, certifications, headcount, and upcoming training requirements.
2. Coordinate training sessions, mock drills, assessments, and review activities across clinics.
3. Track participation, completion rates, certification progress, and training budgets.
4. Support the logistics and execution of certification programs such as Fear Free and IPD emergency mock drills.
5. Coordinate with stakeholders, manage follow-ups, and ensure training rollouts remain on schedule.
6. Prepare reports and presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools.

Other requirements
1. Pursuing or recently completed a postgraduate degree, preferably in Management, Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
2. Comfortable working with AI tools, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
3. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and ownership-driven.
4. Strong coordination, follow-up, and written communication skills in English.
5. Comfortable working with clinical-adjacent content; no clinical background is required.
