About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Coordinate with clients and give them a brief description of our property.
2. Give a tour of our property/apartments and provide information about our facilities, like the swimming pool and the nearby grocery store, schools, etc.
3. Place an advertisement for vacant units (properties) through various media channels, advertising techniques and expanding our customer base.
4. Track all outbound & inbound lead generation activities and convert leads into appointments.
5. Coordinate with supervisor and management regularly and share all necessary client details.
