DESCRIPTION
About the internship
1. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and editing contracts, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), vendor agreements, and employment contracts.
2. Prepare internal legal templates and checklists for routine processes.
3. Conduct in-depth research on topics related to intellectual property, data privacy regulations, contract law, and employment law.
4. Help track and analyze changes in laws and regulations that may affect the company.
5. Assist in preparing compliance reports for internal use and audits.
6. Compile and organize case files and evidence for potential legal disputes.
7. Draft preliminary responses for legal notices under supervision.
8. Maintain and update the repository of legal documents and agreements.
9. Update and maintain all the trackers.

Who can apply

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 15th Dec'25 and 19th Jan'26
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. are from Mumbai only
5. have relevant skills and interests
Other requirements
A. What we’re looking for:
1. Strong understanding of contract law and basic corporate compliance.
2. Good drafting skills with attention to detail.
3. Ability to handle documentation, tracking, and timely follow-ups.
4. Strong research skills and clarity in written communication.
5. Prior internship experience in corporate/contract law.
6. Experience: 2 months- 1 year.
B. Bonus points:
1. Familiarity with SaaS agreements, tech contracts, or IP filings.
2. Comfort with using project management or documentation tools (Google Workspace, Notion, etc.).
