DESCRIPTION
About the internship
1. Research education, visa, and immigration policies for countries like the UK, Ireland, Germany, Australia, Canada, Singapore, and Europe related to LLM and master's programs.
2. Assist in reviewing student application documents, agreements, and compliance reports.
3. Support in drafting NDAs, internship policies, MoUs, and internal legal documents under supervision.
4. Study ethical practices in international education consulting and suggest improvements.
5. Compile case studies related to visa refusals, immigration law, student rights, and international education regulations.
6. Attend mentorship sessions on international law, data protection, and study abroad compliance.
7. Coordinate with counselling and admissions teams to maintain proper documentation and process accuracy.

Other requirements
A. Only those candidates can apply who:
1. Are available for the part-time job/internship.
2. Can start the part-time job/internship between April 2026 and May 2026 (start date may vary).
3. Are available for a duration of 1 month.
4. Have relevant skills and interests.
5. Are currently in 3rd/4th/5th year/final year of Law OR have completed LLB.
6. Are planning to pursue LLM/Master's in Law abroad in September/October 2026 intake, January/February 2027 intake, April/May 2027 intake or September/October 2027 intake.
7. Are interested in international law, immigration law, education policy, or study abroad consulting.
8. Are comfortable working from home but may need to visit Mumbai office on selected days if required.
B. Other requirements:
1. Candidate must be serious about pursuing higher education abroad (LLM preferred).
2. Candidate should be willing to learn documentation, compliance, and legal processes.
3. Candidate must be available Monday to Friday.
4. Internship duration is 1 month and may be extended based on performance and requirement.
5. Start date may vary based on selection process.
6. In-person interviews will be conducted on 14th April at the Mumbai office. Candidates should be available to attend the interview in person.
