About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Draft and review Terms of Service, Privacy Policies, Refund & Cancellation Policies, and other legal documents.
2. Structure partner agreements and onboarding documentation.
3. Ensure compliance with applicable Indian labour, service, and consumer protection laws.
4. Draft and review vendor contracts, employment agreements, and NDA frameworks.
5. Support risk mitigation across operations, including liability mapping and escalation protocols.
6. Assist with legal aspects of fundraising documentation and related processes.
