About the internship
Ophtechnics is seeking talented graduates with a passion for supply chain management, logistics, operations & customer service to join our dynamic corporate office team.
As an intern, you will have the opportunity to polish your logistics & supply chain skills while gaining hands-on experience in handling our logistics operations across the globe. If you have proficiency in written and spoken English, with a flair for diligent work, you will thrive in this role.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Efficient scheduling of order dispatch
2. Interaction with forwarders/shipping companies for the movement of goods
3. Negotiation with forwarders for export shipping charges
4. Documentation for export/domestic sales
5. Interaction with customer/designated forwarders to understand export requirements
The internship is a desk job & does not include any travel.
