Logistics and Operations Internship in Jaipur at Fancy Pastels

Fancy Pastels is a Jaipur-based handcrafted vacation-wear label. We're taking on two interns to support our department heads across the business. You'll report to and learn directly from our Customer Care Head, Production Manager, and Marketing team. The work spans customer care, marketing, production, and logistics and will be divided between the two selected interns based on their strengths, so one may lean more toward customer & marketing work and the other toward production & logistics.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Supporting the Customer Care Head in responding to queries across Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, and email order status, sizing, exchanges in the brand's warm tone
2. Coordinating returns and exchanges and keeping customers updated end-to-end
3. Assisting the marketing team with Instagram content reels, posts, stories and writing captions and product copy
4. Coordinating with influencers/creators and tracking their deliverables
5. Working with the Production Manager to coordinate with karigars/tailors, track production timelines, and quality-check finished pieces
6. Maintaining inventory records and flagging low stock or raw-material needs
Supporting the logistics function with order packing, dispatch, courier bookings, and delivery escalations (RTOs, delays, lost shipments)
7. Keeping a daily tracker of orders from production dispatch delivery
