We're Hiring | Operations Coordinator (Entry-Level)
Mumbai (Hybrid Role)
Full-Time
The Extra Mile by Vivaan Parashar is looking for a proactive and dependable Operations Coordinator to support our day-to-day training operations.
This role is ideal for freshers, recent graduates, or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are looking to build a career in operations and coordination.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Coordinate with trainers, clients, and team members.
2. Schedule training sessions and send reminders.
3. Maintain attendance records, reports, and other basic documentation.
4. Handle emails, phone calls, and follow-ups.
5. Support the smooth execution of training programs.
6. Visit training venues or attend meetings whenever required (2-3 times a week).
Mumbai (Hybrid Role)
