About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1) Track orders from post-dispatch to final delivery
2) Monitor shipment status and provide regular updates
3) Identify delayed or stuck shipments and take proactive actions
4) Coordinate with logistics partners, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues
5) Maintain accurate records of dispatch, transit, and delivery status
6) Assist in improving delivery timelines and operational efficiency
