About the internship
THIS JOB IS ONLY FOR APPLICANTS OF GWALIOR
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Inventory & Warehouse Management
Update stock levels across sales channels using Unicommerce.
Assist with stock reconciliation, inward/outward tracking, batch and expiry monitoring.
Track low-stock alerts and coordinate with procurement/production teams.
2. Delivery & Logistics Tracking
Monitor daily dispatches and shipment status through ClickPost and courier portals.
Track pickup and delivery SLAs and ensure timely status updates.
Coordinate with courier partners to resolve shipment delays.
3. NDR & RTO Management
Monitor non-delivery reports (NDRs) and support delivery reattempts through customer follow-ups.
Coordinate with courier partners to reduce RTOs (Return to Origin).
Verify and update returned stock, checking for damage or tampering.
4. Claims & Issue Resolution
Assist in filing and tracking claims for lost or damaged shipments.
Retrieve Proof of Delivery (POD) for disputed deliveries.
Follow up on pending claims and reimbursement settlements.
