DESCRIPTION
About the internship
1. Support day-to-day operations across supply chain, inventory, procurement, and service workflows.
2. Maintain and regularly update documentation, trackers, and operational data.
3. Observe on-ground processes and build clear, actionable process flow diagrams.
4. Work closely with engineering teams to develop SOPs.
5. Read and interpret technical spec sheets for components, packaging, and raw materials.
6. Assist in sourcing and procurement, including vendor scouting, quotation follow-ups, and documentation.
7. Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams for seamless execution of tasks.
8. Analyze ops data to identify bottlenecks and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
9. Travel to warehouses, service hubs, and vendor locations when required (all travel expenses covered by the company).
10. Take ownership of project-based tasks with defined deliverables and timelines.

Other requirements
1. Pursuing or recently completed a degree in operations, engineering, business, or related disciplines.
2. Strong analytical, organizational, and execution skills.
3. Proficient in Google Sheets, Docs, and comfortable with basic data analysis.
4. Ability to create process documentation and flowcharts (Lucidchart, Draw.io, etc.).
5. Basic understanding of sourcing, procurement, and logistics preferred.
6. Comfortable interpreting technical and product spec documents.
7. Willingness to travel occasionally across India for operational needs.
8. Strong communication and coordination skills.
9. Fluency in English is mandatory; working knowledge of Kannada is preferred.
10. A self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and comfort with ambiguity.
