About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conducting field visits to manufacturing units and workshops in designated industrial clusters (e.g., Bhosari, Chakan, MIDC) to establish contact with storekeepers and factory owners.
2. Collecting primary market data regarding the daily consumption of industrial tools, safety gear, and consumables, including purchase frequency, volumes, and current pricing.
3. Analyzing procurement patterns to identify supply chain gaps (such as delivery delays or stock unavailability) and submitting structured daily reports to the operations team.

Other requirements
1. Candidates pursuing B.E./B.Tech in mechanical, production, or industrial engineering is strongly preferred.
2. Basic technical knowledge of industrial tools (e.g., ability to identify drill bits, inserts, and abrasives) is required to ensure accurate data collection.
3. Willingness to travel to industrial areas (e.g., Bhosari, Chakan) for daily fieldwork is mandatory; fluency in the local language (Hindi/Marathi) is a plus.
