Marketing & Business Development Internship in Delhi at Culture Furry

As a marketing & business development intern, you'll be at the core of growing the brand both online and offline.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in designing and executing offline marketing campaigns (pop-up stalls, campus drives, flea markets, etc.)
2. Support online growth strategies via social media promotions, influencer tie-ups, and creative campaigns
3. Create and manage brand decks, marketing presentations, and client-facing documents
4. Analyze performance of campaigns and suggest actionable insights
5. Reach out to and onboard boutiques, lifestyle stores, caf s, and events for collaboration or consignment deals
6. Pitch our brand to potential B2B and B2C partners - from college groups to event organizers
7. Build and maintain a CRM system of leads, contacts, and follow-ups
8. Identify and collaborate with nano and micro-influencers across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Threads, etc.
9. Manage the entire collab cycle: outreach, negotiation, product gifting, content briefing, and follow-ups

11. Track performance of collab posts (reach, engagement, conversions)
12. Help build a community of brand advocates and cat enthusiasts
13. Coordinate logistics and manage customer experience on-ground
