About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
A. LinkedIn Growth & Personal Branding:
1. Assisting in crafting and scheduling high-authority posts for our founders and the GenAI People page.
2. Engaging with the AI/Tech community to increase reach and build a 'moat' of followers.
3. Curating and repurposing mentee success stories into compelling content.
B. Upwork & Marketplace Strategy:
1. Helping build and optimize company/mentor profiles on Upwork to showcase our AI expertise.
2. Researching and identifying high-value opportunities where our mentoring or AI-building services fit.
C. Outreach & Lead Generation:
1. Executing personalized outreach campaigns to senior developers and tech leaders.
2. Managing and tracking lead interactions in our CRM to ensure no 'future AI leader' is left behind.
D. AI-Leveraged Marketing:
1. Using Gen AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney) to automate content creation and optimize marketing workflows.
2. Experimenting with new 'Vibe Coding' or AI-driven growth tactics to stay ahead of the curve.

1. Tech-Curious: You don't need to be a coder, but you must be obsessed with the GenAI landscape.
2. Natural Storyteller: You can take a complex technical topic and turn it into a LinkedIn post that stops the scroll.
3. Hustler Mindset: You are comfortable "opening doors"—whether that's through a cold DM or a perfectly optimized Upwork proposal.
4. Self-Starter: You prefer "doing" over "asking for permission." You thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
5. Platform Literate: You understand how the LinkedIn/Instagram algorithm works
