About the internship
We are looking for a proactive marketing intern to support both client acquisition and digital marketing activities.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in generating leads, converting clients, managing campaigns, and coordinating social media efforts
2. Make cold calls to potential and existing clients
3. Connect with clients to collect required documents and assist them in selecting the appropriate ITR filing plan
4. Handle client queries and escalations while ensuring timely resolution
5. Convert leads into new and repeat clients effectively
6. Manage email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns
7. Coordinate with the marketing manager for posting content on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
8. Assist in social media campaign execution, content scheduling, and performance reporting
9. Support the marketing team in day-to-day operations and creative initiatives
