DESCRIPTION

About the internship

Selected intern's day to day responsibilities include:

1. Engage customers through systemic BTL activations
2. Take ownership for maintaining smooth offline presence in various BTL campaigns
3. Maintain excellent relationships with all the clients/customers & team members
4. Identify opportunities, keeping in mind their effectiveness and cross-selling implications while adhering to brand guidelines
5. Handle queries of parents and students proactively
6. Work on auditing and quality monitoring of the leads generated to measure effectiveness and recommendation of improvements as needed
7. Work on calling and emailing the prospect, customers, or partners
8. Ensure proper conduction of multiple BTL campaigns with proper planning and forecasting based on the location
9. Report the progress to the higher officials on a daily basis
