About the internship
We are a young, hungry, and energetic bunch who are building the Fintech arm of Finance Buddha (FinBud). We manage the marketing, product, and tech-related aspects of Finbud and make sure that everything keeps ticking. If you are someone who loves to build something from the ground up, take complete ownership, and grow with the organization, Finbud is the place for you.
The Role:
1. You will be a part of the marketing internship program for the first 3 months. This is when you will gain a complete understanding of the business and learn the workings of the various teams at Finbud.
2. You will be interacting with both internal and external stakeholders and working towards ensuring that the processes are running to an optimal level.
3. You will work in the marketing team at FinBud and learn about running marketing campaigns on various channels, along with interacting with other teams at FinBud, like product and operations.
The Ask:
1. You should have exceptional communication skills, as you would be the face of the company for the partnerships that you would be managing.
2. You should have the ability to work across teams and have the ability to learn their ways of working and optimizing.
3. An obsession towards efficiency and problem-solving with an analytical bent of mind will help you succeed in this role
And what do you get?
1. Pay: Rs. 20,000/- Fixed per month
2. Internship Period: 3 Months (Post which, you will be given a full-time offer, depending upon your performance)
