About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Plan and execute the social media presence - produce 1 Reel per workshop day, edit parent testimonial videos, write captions, publish across Instagram, Meta, and WhatsApp Status.
2. Run the parent WhatsApp lifecycle - booking confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, reschedule and refund coordination, week-ahead nudges.
3. Support paid acquisition - draft Meta ad copy variants, manage daily ad spend, iterate landing-page copy from observed parent objections.
4. Field marketing - be present at weekend workshops to drive parent engagement, capture content, and run on-ground feedback collection (this is a Bengaluru-based, on-ground component of the role).
5. Partner marketing - outreach to coaching centres and residential societies to source new workshop venues and maintain the partner pipeline.
6. Update the weekly marketing-metrics dashboard that drives the Monday founder review.
