About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Check and respond to all incoming leads (emails, calls, WhatsApp/DMs) within defined timelines and maintain professional communication.
- Handle first-point-of-contact queries: understand requirement, share relevant information, and guide the lead towards the next step (call/demo/proposal/payment).
- Qualify leads daily (need, budget, urgency, decision-maker) and update lead status accordingly.
- Do daily outreach to bring new clients via cold emailing, cold calling, LinkedIn/Instagram outreach, and database outreach as per assigned target list.
- Create and maintain a lead database/CRM sheet with complete details (name, organization, requirement, follow-up date, status, notes).
- Schedule and coordinate calls/meetings for interested leads and ensure reminders + confirmations are sent.
- Follow up consistently with warm and hot leads to close conversions (course enrollments / service inquiries / institutional tie-ups).
- Maintain current clients through regular check-ins, sharing updates, handling concerns, and ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams.
- Collect client feedback and testimonials (post-service / post-enrollment) and share learnings with the team.
- Assist in preparing proposals/quotations/decks using available templates and send them to leads/clients after approvals.
- Track daily performance: number of outreaches done, responses received, calls scheduled, conversions, and pending follow-ups.
- Share an end-of-day report with updates on leads, follow-ups completed, closures, and next-day priorities.

Target-oriented and performance-driven — comfortable working with daily/weekly outreach and conversion targets.
Smart, proactive, and hardworking — takes ownership, follows up consistently, and closes tasks without reminders.
Strong communication skills (spoken + written) for handling calls, emails, and WhatsApp professionally.
Good at negotiation and objection handling — can convert leads into paying clients with the right approach.
Comfortable with outreach (cold calling/cold emailing/DM outreach) and maintaining a lead pipeline.
Ability to build relationships and maintain existing clients through regular coordination and support.
Organized and disciplined — can maintain CRM/lead tracking, follow-ups, and daily reporting.
A positive attitude with learning mindset, resilience, and ability to handle rejection professionally.
